Zumba® With Alexa: My name is Alexa and I have been teaching Zumba® Classes since April, 2009. I stumbled upon Zumba® by accident in Vero Beach, FL with Scott and Sandra Redfield and fell in love. (They are great! Check out their classes! www.zumbaworks.com) I was never athletic growing up. I never danced, and never worked out. The beautiful part about Zumba® is that you don't have to be experienced, you just have to let loose and have fun! People of all ages, sizes, and gender are welcome to join the party! Wear comfortable work out clothes, sneakers, and bring water.
